Material Handler

We are seeking a diligent and independent Material Handler to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for filling totes for the warehouse team and operating a scrubber machine to ensure a clean and safe warehouse environment. Additionally, the candidate will need to operate a forklift as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Fill totes for the warehouse team.
  • Operate a scrubber machine to maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment.
  • Work independently and efficiently.
  • Operate a forklift when required.
  • Pick and pack orders accurately.
  • Load and unload trucks.
  • Utilize RF scanners for inventory management.

Essential Skills

  • Minimum 6 months of forklift experience (sit-down preferred).
  • At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
  • 1+ year of experience using RF scanners.
  • Basic computer literacy.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.

    • Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Steel-toe boots are required.

    Work Environment

    Work in a clean, well-lit warehouse setting. Be prepared for exposure to cold temperatures during winter months due to open dock doors. The role involves fast-paced, physically intensive work requiring frequent lifting, bending, and standing. Expect approximately 5 hours of overtime per week.

    Job Type & Location

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Paul, Minnesota.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00 / hr.
