Job Overview :
As a Business Analyst you will serve as a vital linkbetween business problems and technology solutions primarilyfocusing on Client Operations.
You will collaborate with businessunits and the IT Client Implementations department to identifycustomer needs and translate them into actionablesolutions.
Responsibilities :
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clientsBusiness Ops and Account Management teams.
- Guide clients through the implementation processassessing business and implementation risks troubleshooting complexissues and ensuring client success.
- Developimplementation plans and communicate progress to clientstakeholders and internal teams.
- Createfunctional requirements for new and existing systems data loadsjobs and processes.
- Translate ambiguous datarequests from internal customers into actionable tasks fordevelopers.
- Gather and document businessrequirements system flows data dependencies and functionalrequirements.
- Facilitate requirementsgathering sessions solution analysis and projectkickoffs.
- Manage inbound request queueprioritize requests and communicate with stakeholders.
- Conduct quantitative analysis using SQL to create adhocreports / queries.
- Support IT team governanceaudit and control processes.
- Manage andmaintain data documentation of solutions requirements credentialsand processes.
- Demonstrate technicalleadership and influence outside of the immediate team.
- Integrate technical expertise and business understandingto create superior solutions for clients.
- Ownand manage the change management and release managementprocess.
- Undertake special projects asrequested.
Requirements :
- Bachelors degree in IT preferred. Equivalent combinationof education and experience may be substituted.
- 3 5 years of proven working experience as a BusinessSystems Analyst or Business Analyst.
- Thoroughexperience with agile scrum methodologies and running ceremoniesindependently.
- Proficiency in Jira and abilityto write JQL to generate reports.
- Technicalexpertise in requirements gathering process engineering andtechnical documentation.
- Strong SQL knowledgeand ability to write Select queries.
- Experience in the Healthcare Industry isrequired.
- Excellent written verbalcommunication and presentation skills.
- Strongorganizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to develop manage and maintain customerrelationships at all organizational levels.
- Selfmotivated with the ability to meetdeadlines.
- Intense desire to learn and growwithin their career.
- Ability to maintainconfidentiality.
- Strong communication andinterpersonal skills.
