Registered Nurse - PACT - Behavioral Health - Full Time - Days -

• The PACT registered nurse is a member of the multidisciplinary team responsible for conducting psychiatric assessments; assessing physical health needs;
• making appropriate referrals to community physicians; providing management and administration of medication in conjunction with the nurse practitioner / psychiatrist;

providing a range of treatment, rehabilitation, and support services; and sharing shift-management responsibility with other staff.

There are (2) positions available. Both day shifts, one Mon-Fri and one Wed-Sat. Rotating shifts is a possibility.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Registered Nurse with associate, bachelors or master's degree in nursing required
• One (1) year experience in mental health evaluation, treatment, and rehabilitation preferred
• Experience with co-occurring disorders and / or home health preferred
• Licensed as a RN in Washington State required
• Current CPR required
• Must have understanding of the characteristics and problems of adults with severe mental illnesses and knowledge of the PACT model
• Must have a valid Washington State Driver License with personal transportation and auto insurance
• Evidence of support and fundamental belief in National Consensus Statement on Mental Health Recovery

Salary Range : $32.18 - $41.99

Sign on bonus (pro-rated for part time positions :

• $10,000 for new graduates
• $15,000 for 1-3 years of experience
• $25,000 for 3+ years of experience
