Description :

The Customer Service Associate locates training providers that facilitate webinars or in-person presentations for employees in their local area.

This would be a hybrid position with a mixture of home and office working days.

Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with the Global Learning Solutions Team.
• Receive and process Global training requests by p erforming searches for training providers based on request and need for training.
• Conduct brief interviews via phone with potential trainers.
• Send and collect necessary documents from new trainers. Upload new information and maintain existing records.
• Assist in projects to recruit qualified trainers with a focus on target locations.
• Complete ad hoc projects or tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Fluent in Spanish preferred
• Bachelors or Associates Degree
• A basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Well-honed web research skills.
• An effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in an efficient and productive manner.
• Collaborative nature.
