Graphics Design Specialist, Mid
Key Role :
Produces graphic designs, using a variety of te chn iques and sof tware, for both print and electronic communications, including promotions, advertisements, and instructional materials distributed through a variety of media outlets.
Applies specific functional knowledge, working or general industry knowledge. Develops or contributes to solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity.
Works independently with some guidance, may review or guide activities of junior employees.
Basic Qualifications :
Experience with 3D modeling
Experience as a graphics designer responsible for the development of exhibits, briefings, presentations, posters, photos, brochures, and organizational materials and products
Experience with Adobe Acrobat Professional DC, Adobe Illustrator CC, Adobe Photoshop CC, Adobe Premiere CC, Adobe Acrobat Reader DC, Digital Juice, HP Scanner, or Plotter sof tware
Experience with using Micro sof t Office Suite
Ability to translate te chn ical requirements into graphics, including development of spe cia lized graphic materials to produce materials and products
Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
HS diploma or GED
Additional Qualifications :
Experience with providing te chn ical training, guidance, and instruction in graphic design
Knowledge of operation and maintenance of printers and graphics hardware or equipment, including format plotters, cutting machines, laser engraver and cutter, and Dremel equipment
Experience with 3D animation
Ability to work in a dynamic environment and effectively manage computing priorities
Top Secret clearance

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.
The projected compensation range for this position is $51,600.00 to $105,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
