Description :
As a case manager you have a unique opportunity to forge a therapeutic connection with an adult who has been diagnosed with a mental health disorder.
When individuals are asked what made the difference in their lives, the most frequent response is that they had someone they worked with who gave them hope that they can have what everyone wants : safe and decent housing, access to quality mental health and medical care, meaningful personal relationships, productive activities including work, and a connection to the community in which they live.
CRS Program United Services is seeking a Case Manager for the CRS Division of a large community mental health center working with adults with serious mental health issues who may also have substance use disorders and / or co-morbid medical conditions.
