Paulding Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is a family-owned dealership where employees build long-term, rewarding careers. Our busy, high-volume service department is growing and looking for Apprentice Technicians / Lube Technicians to perform basic vehicle maintenance and learn advanced repair skills.

Responsibilities Automotive Technician Apprentice / Lube Technician :

  • Perform routine maintenance including oil and filter changes, fluid checks, tire rotations, and brake pad replacements
  • Inspect vehicles for safety and maintenance issues and report findings to senior technicians or service advisors
  • Assist with minor repairs and diagnostics under supervision
  • Maintain accurate service records and documentation
  • Keep work area clean, organized, and safe
  • Follow all dealership and manufacturer safety procedures
  • Support the team and contribute to a positive shop environment

    • Qualifications Automotive Technician Apprentice / Lube Technician :

  • Previous lube or automotive service experience preferred, but not required we provide full training
  • Basic mechanical knowledge or automotive coursework is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work
  • Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn new skills
  • Valid drivers license and clean driving record
  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screening
