For more than 30 years, we have helped consumer and industrial product manufacturers achieve the finest color, texture, appearance, and functional enhancements for a variety of product applications.
We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative for our Clinton, Tennessee facility.
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing unprecedented customer focus for customer order completion to customers and business partners.
Responsibilities include :
- Order Fulfillment
- Inventory Management
- Sales / Customer Support
- Inter-company Transfer Orders
- Customer Pricing
- Shipping
- On-time Delivery
- Other duties may be assigned
Qualifications / Requirements / Skills :
- High school diploma and GED is required. Associate degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years customer service and order management experience is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with SalesForce & Microsoft AX is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience dealing with complex, non-standard issues, troubleshooting, and problem resolution.
- Exceptional writing abilities to provide clear, empathetic customer support via e-mail or phone.
- Capable of working with limited supervision while using personal initiative and independent judgment to make decisions in the best interest of Techmer and our customers.
