Shift Details : Monday through Friday with weekend rotation

Qualifications
- Education : Graduate of a school of nursing. BSN or MSN preferred.
- Experience : 2-3 years of recent clinical nursing experience in an acute care setting required, with prior Care Management experience preferred.
License and Certification : Current unrestricted License in good standing to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Connecticut.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Ability to obtain and maintain department specific certifications. Certified Nurse Care Manager certification preferred.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills
- Working knowledge of health care fiscal management
- Ability to manage time and handle multiple priorities
Problem Solving and Decision Making : Ability to perform under strict timelines and exercise discretion and good judgment.
