Program Integrator, Senior

The Opportunity :

Are you looking for an opportunity to support pre- and post-award DoD contracts? Do you know both sides of the acquisition and contract life cycle?

As a DoD Acquisition Management Professional, you’ll work closely with our DoD clients in support of the warfighter, aiding in the acquisition of capability to meet mission objectives, ensuring our client’s mission is our mission.

We’re looking for someone like you to lead a team of experts and be a liaison to the Government client.

This is an opportunity to make a direct impact on our country’s defense acquisition and contracts strategy. As a DoD Acquisition Management Professional, you’ll draft request for proposal (RFP) packages, including work on middle-tier acquisitions, Other Transaction Authority contracts, and source selections and technical evaluations.

You’ll develop procurement request packages and be responsible for the safe storage and handling of sensitive documents.

You’ll provide acquisition expertise regarding all statutory, regulatory, and policy updates impacting each project’s success.

From building and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders to obtaining concurrence, you’ll lead meaningful acquisition support.

You Have :

5+ years of experience with DoD acquisition system, life cycle planning, program management, leadership, and business operations

3+ years of experience with the development of Request For Proposal (RFPs), including work on middle-tier acquisitions, Other Transaction Authority (OTA) contracts

3+ years of experience with Source Selections or Technical Evaluations

Experience with acquisition support to DoD key program milestones and decision events

Experience with Project and Program Execution, including life cycle sustainment

Experience with using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Outlook

Knowledge of DoD acquisition policies and processes

Secret clearance

Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have :

Experience with the development and execution of DoD acquisition strategies

Experience with the GPS mission areas, including User Equipment

Experience with Space Force systems and organizations

Experience with Adaptive Acquisition Framework, including Middle Tier and Software Acquisition Pathways

Ability to contribute to cross-functional team meetings and professional environments

Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

Possession of excellent teaming and leadership skills

Master's degree

Acquisition Professional Development Program (APDP) Program Management Level I or higher or Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification

Clearance :

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.

The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
