Position Summary :

GTU is seeking a Rising Senior, expected graduation dates of Dec 2025 - May 2026

The Global Tool Unit is seeking a highly motivated, Marketing, Product Development Intern to support the development of Global product strategies and launches that drive the short and long-term business initiatives.

In addition to assigned project work, you will be able to grow and demonstrate your marketing and business acumen, creativity, collaboration, leadership capability, critical thinking and customer empathy.

The internship will run through the summer of 2025.

What You'll Do :

  • Participate as an active member of the GTU’s Global Marketing, Segment Leadership Team
  • Understand and analyze end user insights and effectively translate into product and technical requirements
  • Perform competitive analysis - including pricing, features & benefits and technical evaluation
  • Build compelling selling stories based on value proposition
  • Support cross-functional and Global divisions on new product development project / launch

Job Requirements :

  • Rising Senior, pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related program, graduating around May 2026
  • Collaborative team player with positive, can-do’ attitude

Additional Information

Work Environment :

While performing the duties of this position, the employee is occasionally exposed to fumes, airborne particles, climate variances and moving mechanical equipment typically found in a manufacturing environment.

The noise level in the work environment (office) is usually low, but higher when exposed to the manufacturing areas. Certain personal protective equipment is required when in the manufacturing areas.
