Summary

Westwood Professional Services, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our team. Westwood has a highly experienced and dynamic team of individuals dedicated to providing high-level professional services to our clients.

The Marketing Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the execution of marketing strategies to promote Westwood's markets and services while enhancing our brand presence nationwide.

As a highly motivated marketing coordinator, you will support the coordination and organization with consistent marketing collateral, digital content, social media, events, communications, research, and employee engagement.

This role reports to the Marketing Manager and serves the organization with solutions that promote the alignment and consistency of Westwood’s brand image and message while supporting division business units and collaborating with internal teams.

In this role, you will need strong attention to detail to help keep projects moving forward and drive success across the organization.

As the Marketing Coordinator, you must be eager to learn, extremely organized, and not afraid to take initiative. You will enjoy collaboration with a team that jives well and leverages each other’s talents for the benefit of the whole organization.

Description

Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, advertising, and content marketing.
  • Assist in social media content creation, organization, calendars, and daily response engagement.
  • Support the planning and coordination of nationwide events, trade shows, and conferences for corporate and division business units.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and create compelling content for marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate and organize the production of marketing materials, promotional items, and presentations.
  • Maintain and coordinate updates for the company's website and social media profiles.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and target audience insights.
  • Learn internal and external communications technology and channels to assist with content creation, promotion, and organization.
  • Write clearly and effectively for a variety of purposes, audiences, and channels. This can include proofreading or editing content as needed.
  • Assist in the maintenance of marketing databases and contribute to establishing, implementing, and maintaining standards, processes, and policies.
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed.
  • Build relationships with internal teams, service departments, and business unit leaders.

Qualifications

Required Skills :

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of related experience.
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
  • Collaborative attitude and a propensity for teamwork.
  • Proven ability to meet and / or exceed deadlines and handle multiple projects with a quick turnaround and / or last-minute timelines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in Adobe Creative Suites and Canva is a plus.
  • Knowledge and willingness to learn digital marketing platforms, social media management, and content creation.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to learn and comprehend the brand to support brand consistency companywide
  • Highly motivated excels through taking initiative and is driven to learn.
  • Detail-oriented notices the things others don’t to ensure quality and excellence.
  • Ability to learn and comprehend the complex needs of a growing company to support marketing initiatives company-wide.

Required Experience :
