Maintenance Mechanic

Paying $62,400.00 - $74,880.00

Location - Portland, OR

Responsibilities :

• Maintain and repair industrial equipment and production machinery in a metals manufacturing plant.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Work on machinery that includes saws, press brakes, rollers, CNC routers, plasma cutters, and welders.
• Complete preventative maintenance routines.
• Follow blueprints and technical manuals to make repairs.
• Troubleshoot machine issues over the phone with manufacturer as needed.
• Assist with facilities maintenance including minor HVAC work, plumbing, and construction.

Qualifications :

Must have 3 years of experience as an industrial maintenance mechanic or millwright.

Environment / Shift :

• Metal fabrication environment where you work with and around welders, fabricators, and heavy machinery.
• Company manufactures aluminum tanker trucks.
• Day shift only.
