We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Payroll Administrator in Cromwell, Connecticut. In this role, you will be engaged in various functions within the financial services sector, with a focus on payroll processing, employee engagement, and onboarding.

Responsibilities :

  • Accurately process payroll using accounting software systems like Paylocity, ADP Workforce Now, and Ceridian.
  • Utilize HRIS, particularly Paylocity, for various HR-related tasks.
  • Assist in the onboarding process to ensure smooth transitions for new hires.
  • Actively contribute to employee engagement initiatives.
  • Assist with scheduling recruiting interviews to facilitate the recruitment process.
  • Address employee inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Participate in ad hoc projects as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date record keeping of all customer credit applications and records.
  • Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.
  • Leverage skills in Accounting Software Systems, Benefit Functions, Paylocity, Onboarding, and Recruiting to perform tasks efficiently and effectively.
  • Proficiency in using Accounting Software Systems is crucial for this role.
  • The candidate must be well-versed in Benefit Functions.
  • Experience with Paylocity software is a prerequisite.
  • The role requires familiarity with Onboarding processes.
  • Skills in Recruiting are essential for this position.
