We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Payroll Administrator in Cromwell, Connecticut. In this role, you will be engaged in various functions within the financial services sector, with a focus on payroll processing, employee engagement, and onboarding.
Responsibilities :
- Accurately process payroll using accounting software systems like Paylocity, ADP Workforce Now, and Ceridian.
- Utilize HRIS, particularly Paylocity, for various HR-related tasks.
- Assist in the onboarding process to ensure smooth transitions for new hires.
- Actively contribute to employee engagement initiatives.
- Assist with scheduling recruiting interviews to facilitate the recruitment process.
- Address employee inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Participate in ad hoc projects as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date record keeping of all customer credit applications and records.
- Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.
- Leverage skills in Accounting Software Systems, Benefit Functions, Paylocity, Onboarding, and Recruiting to perform tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Proficiency in using Accounting Software Systems is crucial for this role.
- The candidate must be well-versed in Benefit Functions.
- Experience with Paylocity software is a prerequisite.
- The role requires familiarity with Onboarding processes.
- Skills in Recruiting are essential for this position.
