- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics
- 2+ years experience in software development of embedded products, avionics, or related

- Proficiency in programming languages such as C / C++, Ada, Python and / or Open GL, as well as real-time operating systems (RTOS) and software development tools
- Experience in any of the following is a PLUS : Avionics products, . Avionics Displays & Graphics, Flight Mgmt, Autopilot, Flight Planning, Flight Controls, Flight Displays (PFD), Traffic Collision Avoidance (TCAS), Crew Alert Messaging (CAS), Terrain, Radios, etcUnderstanding of User Application development.
