Duties and Responsibilities :
- This is a contract leadership position and will provide task management and program management support to the overall performance of the work in VTU.
- Coordinates directly with the PM and VTU Deputy Chiefs for performance planning, training, targets, and results.
- Review submitted packages to ensure they meet basic submission requirements and provide direction and support to customers who must remedy package errors or have status questions.
- In addition, they produce RIRs through conducting all-source research from information available from public, private, and U.
S.and foreign Government open-source materials and evaluating those facts against established DCSA risk indicators.
Assesses foreign and domestic-based publicly available information to identify trends, patterns, and relationships that provide unique insights to address defense intelligence requirements.
Minimum Required Skills / Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, economics, market research, security, intelligence, or related field
- 8 years of experience in risk analysis, competitive intelligence, commercial due diligence, finance, or mergers and acquisitions
- 8 years of experience using commercial and proprietary business, legal, and intelligence databases and resources (e.g. Marigold, Panjiva, Bloomberg, Factiva, LexisNexis, BVD, PitchBook, Factset, Capital IQ, Thomson Reuters, Dunn & Bradstreet, Dow Jones, etc.)
- 8 years of experience identifying trends, patterns, anomalies, and recommended solutions
