What the role is

To attend to and advise customers on SIRS' courses and services, provide career advisory and placement. Conduct business development including identifying new opportunities, establish partnerships, lead generation and sales.

What you will be working on

  • Conduct training needs analysis to help customers enrol in relevant courses for skills development & career growth.
  • Provide career advisory and placement services.
  • Manage a sales portfolio to achieve targets.
  • Identify new opportunities, establish partnerships, generate leads and achieving sales.
  • Curate and / or collaborate with partners to organise online / physical outreach events such as job fairs, roadshows, etc.
  • Perform related admin and operation duties including report submission.
  • Support front-line duties and any other duties as assigned.

What we are looking for

  • Relevant qualification in Business, Hospitality, Marketing or any related discipline.
  • At least 3 year(s) of relevant experience in Customer Service, Business Development and Sales.
  • Work experience with community organisations, trade associations and other partner.
  • Proficient in using MS Office. Skills in using any design software and social media tools will be an advantage.
  • Possesses a positive attitude with friendly disposition, business- and customer-centric mindset and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good oral and written communication, as well as interpersonal skills
