The Physical Therapist is a licensed professional responsible for evaluating, planning, and implementing physical therapy to the residents and the community as prescribed by the attending physician.
The Physical Therapist works as a member of an interdisciplinary rehabilitation team, which oversees each resident’s physical therapy and restorative plan of care.
- Graduate of a state-approved School of Physical Therapy accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association
- Two years of long term care or rehabilitation center experience preferred. Outpatient therapy experience may be considered if practice included medical / surgical patients.
- Licensed as a Physical Therapist in the State of Florida
