About The Position
Job Title : CT Technologist Job Specialty : Radiology (X-Ray / CT) Job Duration : 13 weeks Shift : 9-hour shifts, Monday through Friday, between 7 : 30 am and 5 : 00 pm Guaranteed Hours : Not specified Experience : Not specified License : Must have an active KS license Certifications : Not specified Must-Have : CT experience Job Description : Perform CT scans and X-rays as required within the radiology unit.
- Participate in the on-call rotation approximately 1 in 3 weeknights and weekends.- Respond to call-backs within a 30-minute timeframe.
- Weeknight on-call from 5 pm to 7 : 30 am, and weekend on-call from 5 pm Friday to 7 : 30 am Monday.- Collaborate with the radiology team to ensure high-quality imaging services.
- Maintain and operate imaging equipment safely and effectively.- Ensure patient comfort and safety during imaging procedures.
- Follow established protocols and guidelines for imaging practices.- Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and management.
- Proactively address any issues or concerns related to equipment or patient care.- Engage in continuous learning and stay updated with the latest advancements in radiology imaging techniques.
