Job Description
- Must possess a solid understanding of event management, system / application health server operating system, agent and agentless monitoring, network, application and end-point performance, tuning and measurements.
- The candidate will ensure the COTS products function properly with PKI-based authentication, corporate authorization services, firewalls, and SSL / TLS communications.
- Assist with testing and deploying hotfixes / patches / new releases of the tools suite.
- Assist with development of knowledge articles, documentation, and work instructions used by the Tools Team and tools users.
Requirements
TS / SCI with poly required
- High School Degree / GED and 19 years of related experience
- A Bachelor of Science may be substituted for 5 years of experience
- Brocade
- Cisco
- Juniper JUNOS Network Operating System
- Must be a self-starter with strong attention to detail
- Network Device (firewall / router / switch) System Administration
- Palo Alto
- Proficient in Linux / UNIX commands
- Proficient in Windows Server OS
- RHEL 7x, 8x, or 9x
- RHEL / Linux Server Administration
- Web Applications
- Windows Server 2016, 2019, or 2022
- Windows Server Administration
Desired :
- Application / SA Experience with the OpenText Ops Bridge Suite
- Experience in Python, R, JavaScript, or Perl programming; or UNIX scripting
