Position Overview :
Michigan Street Animal Hospital is seeking a compassionate and skilled Associate Veterinarian to join our dedicated team.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for veterinary medicine, a commitment to providing excellent service and a desire to make a positive impact on the lives of pets, as well as their owners.
Responsibilities :
- Provide routine medical, surgical, and dental care for small animals
- Diagnose and treat a variety of medical conditions in pets
- Perform surgeries with precision and care
- Conduct thorough examinations and develop appropriate treatment plans
- Communicate effectively with pet owners regarding treatment options and preventative care
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records
- Collaborate with a team of veterinary professionals to ensure the best care for patients
- Participate in continuing education to stay current with advancements in veterinary medicine
Qualifications :
- DVM degree from an accredited veterinary school
- Licensed to practice veterinary medicine in the state of Florida
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong diagnostic and surgical skills
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
- Commitment to providing compassionate and high-quality care
