Responsibilities :
As the Senior Design Producer for Customer Journeys, you will lead a creative pod responsible for all in-product marketing and promotions across our Services products, with a focus on engaging non-subscriber audiences.
- Manage and oversee design projects and work streams, ensuring efficient processes, clear team objectives, and strong partner relationships.
- Introduce and standardize processes and tools that enhance project intake, prioritization, creative responses, and consistent project management.
- Act as the primary liaison for prioritization discussions, organizational challenges, and resource management, providing solutions to executive management.
- Lead end-to-end project management, removing high-level obstacles to deliver high-quality creative outputs promptly.
- Resolve escalations and troubleshoot challenges in the production process effectively.
- Develop and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams to foster collaboration and achieve shared content design goals.
- Create and implement templates such as clear briefs and capacity plans to align all business partners efficiently.
- Collaborate closely with product marketing teams to strategize and execute design deliverables that effectively target and engage non-subscriber audiences, including in-app UI updates and personalized messaging strategies.
- Anticipate platform-specific needs and effectively communicate with executives at platforms like Apple to ensure alignment and successful execution of design initiatives.
Job Qualifications :
- 5-8+ years of experience in project management, partnership oversight, and team leadership within a creative design environment.
- Expertise in content creation and production processes, ideally within entertainment or a similar dynamic marketing context.
- Understanding of product marketing, growth marketing, or performance marketing, with a strategic mindset beyond project management.
- Ability to strategize holistically for efficiency improvements and team structuring, advocating for new processes and policies as needed.
- Exceptional attention to detail, adept at managing projects under stringent timelines.
- Proven track record of managing teams handling multiple concurrent projects with a collaborative approach.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of distilling complex information into actionable plans for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated agility in adapting to and championing change when necessary.
- In-depth knowledge of digital entertainment trends, with a genuine passion for entertainment and design.
- Experience managing design deliverables targeting non-subscriber customers, such as in-app UI, messaging strategies, and push notifications.
- Ability to problem-solve, anticipate needs, and effectively manage timelines, including communication with leadership.
