Sr. Mulesoft Software Engineer (Perm - Hybrid or Remote)

In this role, you will develop, edit and analyze digital platforms, Mulesoft software applications, systems integration, cloud services, databases, reporting, or business analytics to support corporate business objectives.

Work with team in the implementation of solutions built on different platforms and technologies requiring front-end, back-end (API / Microserivess), database and DevSecOps development.

Understand the products and their interactions to design complex solutions and plan for how new products / features fit into the larger ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and define Mulesoft software requirements to determine specifications and standards
• Design and development of APIs on API Gateway with appropriate policies to govern API access
• Proposes software solutions during design and development for complex and critical business processes
• Deliver and design new technologies and prototype initiatives for web and mobile platforms
• Work with other team members on the execution, design, requirements, feature set, functionality, and limitations of systems / applications
• Define code quality metrics to measure the team's performance and ensure it's following Software Development and Security best practices
• Execute automated tests using multiple systems, digital platforms, environments, or browsers before approving applications
• Report technical issues to development or product management teams, and verifies fixes. Ensure technical design deliverable artifacts are present before build phases are initiated
• Understand the software development life cycle to assess and improve current software platforms
• Develop engaging user applications and back-end service software across multiple devices
• Stays informed of emerging cloud technologies and evaluates their value to the organization's operations

Education :

Bachelors Degree - Computer Science or related - Minimum

Years of Experience :

• 5 Years - Cloud Technologies, Application Development or related - Minimum
• 3 years - Mulesoft - Preferred

In Lieu of Education :

• 8 Years - Cloud Technologies, Application Technolgies or related - Minimum
• 4 Years - Mulesoft - Preferred

License / Certifications / Training :

Microsoft Certification - Preferred
