Our client is a privately owned, US-based manufacturer of high-quality machined components. The Business Unit Manager position carries full P&L responsibility including planning, operations, and sales for the $30MM, 90,000 square foot Tri-State facility with 100+ employees.

Required Qualifications

  • An undergraduate degree or strong mechanical engineering experience
  • Proven, successful experience managing relevant manufacturing operations
  • Ability to assess and identify business growth opportunities
  • A hands-on executive with strong team-building capabilities
