Our Derry restaurant is searching for a strong Assistant General Manager who has the ability to grow quickly. We strive to provide exceptional service to our guests in a culinary-driven concept that focuses on the full experience.

Our dining room is one that a manager can be proud to say they work in, and our food holds up to the critics. The manager we are looking for needs to be able to check their ego at the door and truly treat the guest as if they are in their own home while offering an experience that combines all the elements of a dining experience.

Responsibilities :
- Responsible for total daily operation of the restaurant
- Work together with all levels of management and departments
- Perform management duties in day-to-day operations and running great shifts
- Maintain beverage cost
- Responsible for inventory and ordering
- Develop restaurant staff to grow in their careers
- Conduct final interviews with hourly candidates
- Lead by example, showing staff how to conduct themselves in a proper manner
