Duties

  • Review schematics and blueprints to ensure accurate implementation of project specifications.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Coordinate with project managers, architects, and engineers to facilitate effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of project activities, including contracts, change orders, and daily logs.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or in a similar supervisory role within the construction industry.
  • Familiarity with interpreting schematics, blueprints, and contract documents.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent leadership skills with a focus on team collaboration and motivation.
  • In-depth understanding of OSHA regulations and safety practices in construction environments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
