A company is looking for a QA Automation Lead who can design and execute automation strategies while contributing through coding and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities
Define and deliver end-to-end automation initiatives with visible outcomes within 90 days
Drive a shift-left approach by integrating automated checks into PR pipelines and CI / CD
Build and maintain scalable automation frameworks and ensure CI / CD pipelines are stable and efficient
Required Qualifications
10+ years in QA with a proven record of hands-on automation delivery
At least 3 years in a QA lead / architect role with technical contributions
Expertise in UI automation and API testing tools
Proficiency in at least one modern programming language
Strong experience in CI / CD pipelines and containerized environments
