Greater Anesthesia Solutions is a CRNA locally owned and operated group in Arizona. As a pro-provider group, CRNAs practice to the full extent of their training. A CRNA lead is often the board runner, providing the extra pair of hands in challenging situations and playing that pivotal role in helping all providers develop their practice doing a variety of cases.

We strive on having good communication with the team as we provide state of the art anesthesia care.

Our group primarily covers exclusively contracted medical centers, which means you get a big variety of cases. Providers do not get pigeonholed into only being able to handle one or two types of cases.

A priority of GAS is having competitive market rates with flexibility in scheduling. Both 1099 and W2 options are available as is trading and swapping shifts amongst the team to assure Work-Life balance.

There are also plenty of opportunities to pick up additional shifts for those eager to pay off loans.

Our facilities are all in the Phoenix area which offers some of the best places to live in the country.

Abrazo West Campus 13 / 14 positions are filled

Level 1 trauma center in Goodyear, right off the I-10. Full autonomy, great variety of cases. Trauma cases, neuro, Ortho lots of regional opportunity, GI, cath lab, spine, General, OB optional.

Great fun group, tons to learn. Amazing resources to help grow your profession. Annual income $340,000. 12 weeks off including a 15 consecutive day stretch off every 3.

5 months. Average 4 days of work per week. Post call days off, post late days off. Great work life balance! $20,000 sign on bonus.

Banner Del Webb Medical Center 16 / 19 positions are filled

New facility for the GAS family. We are excited about the great team and leaders at Del Webb. It is a busy medical center near Sun City, Surprise, Waddel, Peoria.

Lots of new growth and developments nearby. Busy Ortho department, lots of Regional blocks, busy general surgery, endo, urology, gyn, spine, and GI.

Great place to work, stay, retire, but ultimately get the experience you need to become comfortable doing all types of cases throughout your career.

Annual 1099 Income $340,000 Plus $20-30k sign on bonus, 9 weeks off, (10 consecutive days off for each) including post call and post late off.

Average 4 work days per week. Great work life balance!

Abrazo Arrowhead Campus 16 / 18 positions are filled

Busy Community hospital right off the 101 loop in Glendale. Option to rotate with the L&D team for those interested. OR includes : General, Ortho Regional blocks, gyn, Urology, spine, cath lab, GI, OB-GYN shifts available, no hearts, little vascular.

Annual Income $325,000 with 9 weeks off a year, including a consecutive 15 day stretch off every 4 months. Average 4 days a week of work.

Banner Boswell Medical Center 15 / 18 positions are filled

Level 3 Trauma. East Mesa right off the 60. Great team of CRNAs here. Lots of ortho and regional anesthesia. General surgery residency program.

Spine, urology, cath lab, podiatry, endo. We have a dedicated CRNA Cardiac team with potential to add another provider. Pay over 300k.

Banner Ironwood Medical Center 8 / 8 positions are filled

This is such a great family community. Our GAS team at Ironwood is such a fun, drama free crew. Ironwood Med center is a community hospital that does allow level 3 trauma.

Ortho, General, OB, regional blocks, Urology, gyn, etc... We are beginning to cover a Surgery Center on campus soon as well and need to expand the team so we are Interviewing now for 1 more CRNA. Everyone made over $300k.

Tempe St Luke’s all positions currently filled

TSL is a smaller community hospital. 4 ORs, endo, ECT. We do spine, ortho, General, bariatric, urology, gyn, podiatry, bread and butter.

Great team. Rotates call. Chill gig in Tempe. Pay over 300k
