About the Role
A mission critical leader, reporting to the Vice President and Head of Transformation Strategy, responsible for partnering with a yet to be determined technical partner to build the Verisk Claims Marketplace.
This position is generally for responsible for leading the day-to-day partnership to create the technical digital backbone of the marketplace.
You will bring deep and broad understanding of claim handling processes coupled with a passion operational optimization, aimed to solve our customers most strategic problems.
As part of the role, you will work collaboratively with business unit presidents within Verisk’s Claim Solutions division.
Your understanding of technical claim practices and P&C business challenges will guide your creation of an insurance industry digital marketplace to provide easy access to solutions created by Verisk or partners to our customers.
About the Day-to-Day Responsibilities of the Role
Work with leadership and technical partner to develop, manage and execute expansion strategy and roadmap for the ClaimSearch database and network for the Claims process across FNOL, Subrogation, etc.
Owner of ClaimSearch data expansion and contribution strategy.
Assist in developing, managing and executing expansion strategy and roadmap for the ClaimSearch database and network for the Claims process across FNOL, Subrogation, etc.
Assist in driving transformational change and influence alignment, sponsorship, and buy-in to the growth and transformation of the ClaimSearch database.
Work with customers to identify, inform and prioritize market strategy, innovation, and development.
Forge relationships with decision makers and execution teams within Verisk businesses (i.e. Casualty, Property and Underwriting) and outside solution providers to develop strategy and execute on integration opportunities.
Monitor and analyze product performance, using data to inform decision-making and future strategies.
Proactively manage risk and help to drive organizational process improvement.
