We are a resourceful, solution-seeking, fast-paced and dynamic team that is currently seeking an experienced certified Paralegal to join our firm.

Essential Duties :
- Responsible for up to 100 active litigation files under supervision of trial attorney
- Quickly and correctly respond to and propound discovery
- Set up meetings with clients
- Read, analyze and summarize medical records adequately
- Prepare litigation exhibit binders, trial documents and motions in limine
- Oversee other administrative staff to ensure compliance with deadlines and firm policies
- Familiarize with case issues and client medical treatment
- Familiarity with California Code of Civil Procedure filing deadlines and requirements, as well as Federal Court in California
- Trial preparation is mandatory for this position
- Full knowledge of preparation of motions, oppositions to Motions for Summary Judgment, Separate Statements, Statements of Damages and all aspects of litigation pleadings required
Required Skills and Experience :
- 5+ years' experience in Personal Injury litigation
- Excellent grammar, typing, transcription and writing skills
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
