Responsibilities : Support and execute strategic customer service initiatives and promotional activities Monitor weekly goals and analyze monthly results to identify additional opportunities and understand the competition Participate in training programs and apply acquired skills to deliver exceptional results Communicate professionally with peers, clients, and management Additional Responsibilities : Employee duties and responsibilities are not limited to the above tasks.
