Colgate-Palmolive, a global leader in consumer products, is looking for a talented Solution Architect focused on Master Data to join our innovative Global IT Data Platforms team. As a key member within our technical Master Data Management (MDM) group, you will design, develop, and operationalize high-quality, scalable master data solutions. Your work will play a pivotal role in delivering trusted, analytics-ready data to fuel Colgate's worldwide analytics, digital transformation, and business growth initiatives.

This position is based out of Piscataway, NJ location. Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

What you'll do :

• Lead the selection, implementation, and maintenance of a data registry solution to catalog and govern enterprise data assets.
• Integrate the data registry with Snowflake, SAP, and other internal / external sources for seamless data flow and interoperability.
• Develop and optimize scalable, analytics-ready data assets and data models on Snowflake using best practices in data modeling and ETL / ELT pipelines.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance with company standards across all stages of the data lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support solution delivery, troubleshoot data issues, and continuously enhance enterprise data and analytics capabilities.

Compensation and Benefits : Salary Range $106,400.00 - $150,000.00 USD Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles. Benefits : Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation / PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee's hire date within the calendar year). Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws.
