  • s medical affairs strategy. The person in this role will execute approved medical affairs strategies, Medical Medical Science Liaison initiatives, and communications;

translate market dynamics into valuable insights for internal product development teams; and ensure strategies are aligned within Medical Affairs, Marketing, and Clinical Development.

Responsibilities :

  • Supports Medical Affairs goals and objectives
  • Develops and implements territory specific medical engagement plans.
  • Executes on approved medical affairs strategies, Medical Science Liaison initiatives, and communications.
  • Collects feedback from healthcare professionals to understand market dynamics and translates those dynamics into valuable insights for internal product development teams.
  • Ensures strategies are aligned within Medical Affairs, Marketing and Clinical Development.
  • Ensures strategies and practices adhere to industry regulations and company guidelines.
  • Explores present and upcoming pipeline development, clinical practices, and cutting-edge study methodology.
  • Educates health care providers (HCPs) with high quality scientific information.
  • Identifies, documents, discusses, and disseminates scientific insights to team members.
  • Exchanges field based scientific information with key opinion leaders, health care providers, as well, as with internal cross-functional stake holder.
  • Represents and supports both reginal and national congresses and professional society meetings

Requirements / Qualifications :

  • Advanced scientific degree (MD, PharmD, PhD, DNP) required.
  • 1 to 3 years’ experience focused on hematology / oncology in the biopharmaceutical industry.
  • Requires strong hematologic and / or solid tumor malignancies scientific acumen.
  • Ability to create and implement short- and long-term plans. Ability to identify and utilize resources to achieve desired outcomes.

  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret scientific and technical information and data.
