Responsibilities of the Controller :
- The Controller will manage the accounting department and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports for management and Board Committee.
- The Controller will coordinate the budgeting and forecasting process, providing analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Oversee cash flow management, including monitoring cash balances and forecasting cash needs.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
What the company needs in a Controller :
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or similar
- 5+ years recent experience
- Multi-entity experience
- Intercompany transaction experience
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Compensation : $80,000 - $85,000
