Responsibilities Functions as an interdisciplinary team member providing patient assessments / re-assessment, direct patient care, and individualized care planning / implementation. Provide quality occupational therapy services to inpatient and / or outpatient Rehab Department. Qualifications Job Requirements : B.S. Degree in Occupational Therapy Licensed in the state of Oklahoma as an Occupational Therapist BLS with AED certification required Five years of experience preferred
