Key Responsibilities :

• Project Management : Oversee all aspects of customer accounts, from pricing to project completion, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Contract Negotiation : Accumulate pricing options from multiple vendors, negotiate agreements, and draft contracts that align with company goals.
• Schedule Consolidation : Manage and consolidate construction schedules to meet strict project timelines.
• CRM Management : Maintain and update customer profiles in Salesforce, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
• Professional Communication : Handle phone and email communications with clients and vendors, maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.
• Data Entry and Documentation : Accurately manage data entry tasks and ensure all documentation meets company standards.
• Team Collaboration : Work both independently and as part of a team to achieve project goals and meet deadlines.
• Office-Based Role : This position requires full-time presence in our Elk Grove office; remote or hybrid work is not available.

• Proven Experience : Previous experience in project management, business operations, data entry, or a related field is required.
