About this Position

In this role, you will be responsible for sales and account management of adhesive and metal pretreatment products in industries such as electronics, appliances, agriculture, construction machinery, and medical devices. You will drive growth by developing strategic business plans, managing customer relationships, and leading sales activities in line with company goals.

What you´ll do

Responsible for sales

of the products (adhesive & metal pretreatment) used by companies

producing in sectors such as electronics, appliance, agriculture and

construction machines and heavy equipment’s, wind turbines, medical,

aluminium profile producers

Managing accounts’ sales

growth and profitability in line with company objectives

Builds and maintains

relationships with customers and distributors

Creating and

implementing an annual joint business plan, taking into account all levers

of growth

Monitoring the accounts’

performance against business plan and developing alternative strategies

when needed

Managing all sales activities with sales team an

implementing Marketing Activities together with Marketing Group

Executes local sales

plans (short, mid, long term) in line with the strategy to maintain and

develop existing / acquire new customers

Defining related

customers / markets future targets / trends and in line with these outcomes

generating projects

What makes you a good fit

Bachelor's degree in

Chemical Engineering, Metallurgy and Materials Engineering or a relevant

discipline

5-6 years of

experience in industrial sales, preferably within the surface treatment

(Metal pretreatment) or Adhesive   industry

Strong problem-solving

skills to identify critical issues, evaluate options and drive to

resolution

Fluency in English both

spoken and written

  • Valid driving license

Having no restrictions

for travelling and willing to travel.
