Vice President of Operations

A company is looking for a Vice President of Operations to oversee operations and strategic initiatives for assigned business units.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure implementation of product strategy for assigned business units

Collaborate with stakeholders to establish strategic vision and ensure compliance with regulations

Drive digital transformation initiatives and oversee the implementation of health plan operations systems

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field

8+ years of operations, management, or administration experience in the Healthcare or Insurance industry

Experience with business development preferred

Knowledge of legislative and / or regulatory processes preferred

Deep understanding of managed care models and healthcare laws
