Licensed Practical Nurse(LPN)

TriboroCenter is looking for a LicensedPractical Nurse (LPN) to work at our Skilled NursingFacility in the BronxNY .

DUTIES :

Collecting information from the residents to be admitted;medical records insurance details.
Recordinghealth details of residents; including vitals &temperature.
Administering medications andinjections to residents as needed.
Treatingand dressing wounds and bedsores as needed.
May be required to supervise Certified Nursing Assistants(CNAs).
Helps residents get dressed and takecare of personal hygiene.
Monitors residentsfood and liquid intake and output.

REQUIREMENTS :

Must be able to work as a team member.
Valid NY State LPN license.
Must bein good standing with State Registry.
Must bewilling to learn
