Position Overview : This position will oversee the day-to-day activities, services, and auxiliary resources related to the Case Management and Client Assistance programs to meet requirement of funding resources and state agencies.
This position ensures program compliance within the Client Services department with relevant federal, state, and local policies, regulations, and procedures.
This position works with all departments at Meals On Wheels in regard to facilitation of client intakes, assessment, program on-boarding and initiation, and monitoring of services.

Paid As : Salary, Exempt, Full-time Employee
Hours of Operation : 8 : 00 AM 4 : 30 PM Monday Thursday, 8 : 00 AM 3 : 30 PM Friday
Reports To : President and CEO
Supervises : Client Services department which consists of Case Management and Client Assistance staff
Other Relationships : Works with all Meals On Wheels staff, Board Members, clients, volunteers and community representatives and organizations
AGENCY EXPECTATION OF EMPLOYEE
- Maintain confidentiality of client, donor, volunteer, staff and board information
- Support the mission, vision and goals of Meals On Wheels, Inc. of Tarrant County
- Represent Meals On Wheels in a professional manner at all times
- Dependable transportation, valid driver license and vehicle insurance as required by the State of Texas
- Required to pass criminal background check and have a free and clear MVR
- Assist with meal delivery when volunteer callouts make it necessary for staff to deliver
- Contribute to other projects when necessary
ESSENTIAL JOB TASKS
- Support the overall vision and strategic plan for Client Services
- Maximize the strength of the team and align efforts to the agency mission
- Provide direct supervision to Client Services, volunteers and interns
- Serve as a lead spokesperson for Client Services
- Work directly with multiple community partners in a professional and enthusiastic manner
- Remain positive in a fast-paced environment with the understanding that changes occur frequently
- Encourage staff to manage change in a professional manner
- Communicate regularly with the agency President and CEO
- Meet deadlines with reporting accurate data within the client database
- Cross train in other leadership roles within Client Services department
- Attend and participate within leadership team meetings
- Work with agency departments as a resource for reporting
- Monitor data for reporting as it is time sensitive with hard deadlines
- Plan and attend monthly department staff meetings
- Review and maintain department policies and training handbook
- Administer guidelines for client services in response to disaster or emergency situations
- Perform client home visits and meal delivery as necessary
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in social work or related field required
- Master's degree preferred
Compensation details : $90,000 - $110,000 Yearly Salary
