Job Title : Accounting Manager

Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee the preparation and consolidation of financial statements for multiple international entities.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and international financial reporting standards.
- Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.
- Lead and mentor a team of accountants, providing guidance and support for professional development.
- Coordinate with international accounting teams to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Review and analyze financial data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare and present financial reports and analysis to senior management.
- Support external audits and regulatory filings, ensuring compliance with internal controls.
- Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Stay current with changes in accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA certification is mandatory.
- 5+ years of experience in accounting, with a focus on financial reporting and consolidation.
- Experience managing and developing a team.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and international financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a global team environment.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
