Overview

Project Executive in DFW, TX – Ground-floor Leadership Opportunity in a Mission Critical Construction environment (Design-Build, Data Centers). This is a stable, large ($500MM+ annual revenue) non-startup with resources and a 100% commitment to your success. The firm maintains a strong backlog with negotiated clientele and is seeking to define and lead a new, autonomous division.

Responsibilities

  • Lead as Project Director / Project Executive for mission critical design-build projects in Dallas–Fort Worth, TX
  • Serve as the single-source, primary communicator between client(s) and project teams; set standards for the team and business unit
  • Influence group evolution through processes, procedures, staffing decisions, and strategic direction
  • Manage client relationships, project performance, and overall project execution until hand-off

Qualifications & Experience

  • Senior Project Manager or Project Executive with mission critical / data center Experience preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making capabilities
  • Ability to operate in a ground-floor role within an established, well-funded firm
