We are looking for someone with extensive experience in the door-to-door sales industry. This position would require relocating to our market in Richmond, VA.
This is not a straight commission sales management job.

Responsibilities
- Hire management in new markets
- Train management in new markets
- Continue relationship and support for management in new markets
- Oversee the overall production of the market
- Manage and train the following positions :
- Lead Setting Managers
- Closing Managers
- General Managers
- Recruiters
- Sales Trainers
- Lead Setters
Requirements

- Ability to lead and manage people
- Willingness to learn and implement our strategies for growth
- Sales management experience
- Door-to-door sales experience
Compensation & Growth
- Salary based on experience and expertise
- Uncapped commissions; commissions grow as the markets you oversee grow
