We are looking for someone with extensive experience in the door-to-door sales industry. This position would require relocating to our market in Richmond, VA.

This is not a straight commission sales management job.

Responsibilities

  • Hire management in new markets
  • Train management in new markets
  • Continue relationship and support for management in new markets
  • Oversee the overall production of the market
  • Manage and train the following positions :
  • Lead Setting Managers
  • Closing Managers
  • General Managers
  • Recruiters
  • Sales Trainers
  • Lead Setters

Requirements

  • High ambition - This position controls the growth of our company. It is important that this person has a constant desire to ensure the company's growth.
  • Ability to lead and manage people
  • Willingness to learn and implement our strategies for growth
  • Sales management experience
  • Door-to-door sales experience

Compensation & Growth

  • Salary based on experience and expertise
  • Uncapped commissions; commissions grow as the markets you oversee grow
