FastSigns is hiring for a Customer Service / Relationship Building Specialist to join our team!
Compensation
$16.00 - $19.00 per hour

Responsibilities
- Be the initial contact with current and prospective customers in our FASTSIGNS Center
- Prepare estimates, implement work orders, and ensure timely delivery of finished orders
- Participate in daily team meetings, execute business and marketing plans, and contribute to the success of the FASTSIGNS Center
- Engage with customers via email, telephone, in-person, and at their place of business
- Build long-lasting relationships by turning prospects into long-term clients
- Initiate sales calls to prospective clients to increase the company client base
Ideal Qualifications
- 2-3 years of customer service & sales experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Outgoing, responsive, eager to learn, and able to build relationships
- Excellent listening and organization skills
- Comfortable with incoming and outgoing sales conversations
- Able to work under pressure to produce high volume, high-quality work
