We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Certified Social Worker-Clinical (LCSW) to provide essential clinical support to adolescents in a residential treatment center setting.

The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated expertise in treating emotionally disturbed adolescents and a commitment to providing family-driven and youth-guided therapy strategies.

Hours : Monday - Friday (Specific hours TBD)

Key Responsibilities :

• Clinical Case Management : Manage a caseload of approximately seven adolescents, providing assessment, crisis intervention, and ongoing treatment planning.
• Direct Therapy : Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions tailored to the specific needs of emotionally disturbed adolescents.
• Team Collaboration : Work closely with a multidisciplinary team including nursing / residential staff, educators, rehabilitation specialists, psychologists, and psychiatrists.
• Clinical Documentation : Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, progress notes, and reports.

Qualifications :

• Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW)
• Valid Maryland license as LCSW or LCSW-C
• Proven experience working with emotionally disturbed adolescents in a clinical setting
• Strong understanding of applicable treatment approaches and therapeutic interventions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Additional Requirements

• Negative tuberculosis (TB) test or documentation of prior positive TB test with negative chest X-ray
• Completion of facility-mandated physical examination and bloodwork
• Proof of full COVID-19 vaccination or an approved medical or religious exemption
