Head Of HR
Lasalle Network is pleased to be partnered with a global high-growth food and ingredients business enterprise! They are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of HR to join the North America leadership. This is a high-impact role with both strategic and hands-on responsibilities, reporting to the HR Director with a dotted line to the President of the North America division.
The right candidate will be a trusted advisor, a builder of people strategies, and a hands-on operator who thrives in a lean, fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
About the Role As the Head of HR, you will own and deliver the people plan for North America, enabling the business to scale rapidly while maintaining a strong, inclusive, and high-performance culture. You will partner closely with senior leadership to shape organizational design, talent strategies, and reward programs, while also managing day-to-day HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership to shape strategy, structure, and processes to meet aggressive growth goals
- Activate the global people strategy locally, ensuring it's fit-for-purpose for North America
- Lead talent acquisition and development efforts in collaboration with global teams
- Advise on succession planning and deliver robust frameworks for critical roles
- Oversee compensation, benefits, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives
- Support bi-weekly payroll, bonus programs, and HR budgeting processes
- Champion an inclusive and collaborative culture through employee engagement and wellness programs
- Travel to Dublin a few times per year for leadership collaboration
Requirements :
8+ years of progressive HR leadership experience in corporate environmentsProven track record in fast-paced, high-growth businessesCPG experience preferredAbility to balance strategic vision with hands-on executionComfortable operating as a standalone HR leader with no direct reports initiallyExperience in global / matrixed organizations and managing changeExcellent communication, relationship-building, and influencing skillsHigh adaptability, low ego, and a "no task is too small" mentalityWhy Join?
