ResponsibilitiesIn collaboration with the Director of Emergency Nursing : organizes, implements, monitors, controls and evaluates the program of nursing practice in accordance with the general nursing practice philosophy and objectives across the service line to include : Strong Adult ED, Strong ED Observation Unit, G-1600, Strong West ED, and UofR Urgent Care.
RN with Master’s Degree in Nursing, MBA, or MHA. Five or more year’s leadership / management experience in an academic medical center or tertiary setting.
Acute care / ED experience preferred.QualificationsMaster's Degree in Nursing and 5 or more years nursing experience in nursing leadership / management in an academic medical center or tertiary setting or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
