Jefferson Center is looking for a positive, customer service focused person with exceptional administrative skills to assist clients and staff at the front desk at an office, assists clients in a virtual-telehealth setting, answers a multi-line phone system, and assists with administrative projects.

This is a position that floats between the roles to support the operational needs of the Administrative Support team. This is an opportunity that requires flexibility and the ability to adapt to frequent changes.

The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a customer service-based healthcare industry and thrive in an environment that supports strong customer service and a wide variety of administrative tasks.

Education, Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required :

  • High School Diploma plus 1 years of relevant work experience.
  • High School Graduate or equivalent
  • Reliable transportation is required
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule
  • Ability to travel to work at any office including the Evergreen, CO office as a floater is required
  • Experience answering a multiline phone system
  • Candidate must pass stringent background check including federal, state, Trails, and Fingerprinting checks. Candidate must also pass 9 panel drug screening.

Essential Duties :

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Flexibility to support a changing work environment daily is required
  • Assist clients, visitors, and staff positively and with a cheerful disposition.
  • Support Front Office, in-person operations.
  • Required to travel to support Jefferson Center onsite operations providing front office support to all office locations including Evergreen, CO.
  • Ability to work remotely with internet connection that supports the technological needs of the Call Center and virtual administrative operations.
  • Answer and support the Center-wide multi-line phone system.
  • Use technology including Zoom or Teams to support virtual operations.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule Monday Friday independently and with little supervision.
  • Strong decision-making skills.
  • Initiate and maintain effective interpersonal relations with consumers, peers, staff and the general public exhibiting courtesy, enthusiasm, flexibility and a spirit of cooperation.
  • Timely and thorough response to phone calls, email and other requests from consumers and staff.
  • Collaborate with various departments to insure a cohesive work environment.
  • Schedule client appointments utilizing computerized scheduling.
  • Utilize Electronic Health Record.
  • Attend mandatory meetings and trainings. To be compliant with individual training plan.
  • Other duties assigned.

Salary Grade 8 : $50,000 annually ($24.04 / hr)*

Additional Salary Information* :

The salary range above is based on 1.0 FTE (full time equivalent) or 40 hours per week. Less than 40 hours / week will be prorated and adjusted to the appropriate FTE.*
