The Role
As a Growth Marketer, you will be crucial in developing and implementing strategies that drive demand through inbound and paid marketing activities.
Your primary focus will be driving web traffic and conversions, nurturing our existing database, and developing and executing a strategy to create more sales opportunities for our sales team.
Tasks Include
- Demand Generation : The primary focus of this role will be to drive demand generation. This includes lead and opportunity creation through channels such as inbound marketing, digital advertising, nurture campaigns, content marketing, social media, SEO, partnerships, and more.
- Inbound Marketing : Develop and execute a comprehensive inbound marketing strategy to drive inbound lead capture and opportunity creation.
- Data Analysis : Analyze CRM data to understand customer behavior, identify trends, and make informed decisions. Example metrics are website traffic, user engagement, conversion, open, and click-through rates.
- Conversion from a Lead to an Opportunity : Once leads are acquired, you will strategize and execute programs to turn them from a lead into an opportunity.
Examples are nurture campaigns, content marketing, social media, etc.
Marketing Automation : Manage and leverage marketing automation tools such as Hubspot to ensure activities are scalable and automated.
Your Qualifications
- 4-7 years of proven experience in growth marketing, inbound marketing, or a related role.
- Demonstrated success in planning and executing effective demand generation and inbound strategies.
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Ability to work in a startup environment and be flexible.

The pay range for this role is $100,000 - $130,000 per year and is commensurate with experience relative to the position.
Position also includes stock options that are subject to vesting. Actual compensation will depend on various factors, including experience, skills, and location.
