Project Lead will serve as the project interface to coordinate product development between customer, team, and third parties.
Responsibilities include : - Planning and tracking requirements, schedule, milestones, and deliverables - Project reporting and customer communication of technical, budget, and schedule status - Forecasting workload to accommodate resource availability - Identifying project risks with mitigation strategy planning - Coordinating and prioritizing project activities - Contributing to the generation and maintenance of electrical, firmware, software, mechanical, and / or systems engineering design files, documentation, and testing / validation plansRequirements : - 5+ years of experience managing product development projects- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (electrical, computer, or mechanical preferred)- Skilled in MS office suite, MS project- Strong organizational skills
